Located in Bromley, Kent, Breaside Preparatory School provides a rich learning environment for your son or daughter. Our curriculum will prepare your children for the senior schools of choice through a balanced and broadly based education, from their first days in Kindergarten through to the age of 11.
We believe in getting the basics right and teaching the core subjects with a mixture of traditional teaching styles with the more modern approaches to learning. We are extremely proud to have been graded as Excellent / Outstanding for the last 10+ years. Our latest inspection in November 2021 by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) graded us as "EXCELLENT" in all areas, the top grade and an amazing achievement!

We are proud to have the Millie’s Mark accreditation
Millie's Mark is awarded to childcare providers exceeding EYFS guidelines by having every Early Years staff member trained in paediatric first aid. We are very proud to be recognised as the ONLY school in the Bromley area with this award.
This ensures maximum child safety. This accolade requires 100% staff training and upholding first aid knowledge, offering parents peace of mind.

What a week! Our Year 6 pupils had the best time on their residential trip to Bournemouth, celebrating the end of their exams.
From paddle boarding and kayaking to inflatable obstacle courses and evening games, they threw themselves into every challenge. 🌊💫

Year 6 have had a wonderful time this week learning how to cycle safely and responsibly.
They began in the playground learning important skills such as controlling their speed, turning, cycling one-handed so they can signal safely, and road safety before getting out on the road where they were able to manage risks when cycling, negotiate junctions and communicate with other road users. 🚴
